Bias cut skirt, covered button front, wide stand up collar. Puff sleeves, belt loops are broken. This dress has beautiful drape and is extremely flattering. excellent vintage condition, a couple of small holes. Material unknown. Handmade. No tags less than 1 stretch in waist.
